Our Values

We are intentional and single-minded in each and every decision we make. And
we are deeply aware of the impact of pharmacy on not only clients’ and members’ wallets but more importantly, their health and the health of their businesses. We are committed to being thoughtful in all that we do.

Uncharted territories energize and inspire us. We lean in and work to make the world better for our clients and members by thinking bigger and bolder because we believe that’s what it will take to spark change. And in an unstable healthcare landscape, we choose everyday to see a future full of more positive outcomes and possibility.

We’re in a people business and we’re serious about treating our clients, members and each other like we would our own families. And it’s empathy that ensures we're always doing what's right for them. When we do that, we make meaningful change in the business of managing their health.

History of CastiaRx

In 2017, three companies recognized a unique opportunity to offer healthcare payers a pharmacy management solution grounded first and foremost in the treatment of specialty conditions—the fastest-growing cost within healthcare. Diplomat Pharmacy acquired LDI Integrated Pharmacy Services and National Pharmaceutical Services in November 2017, and in April 2018 the PBM division within Diplomat Pharmacy—CastiaRx—was launched.

Diplomat was founded in 1975 in Flint, Michigan, by two pharmacists—a father and son. Under their leadership, the company grew into the nation’s largest independent provider of specialty pharmacy services. Now, the company’s brands harness innovation to create a healthier world, building solutions for today’s issues while laying the groundwork for tomorrow’s healthcare. Learn more: Diplomat.
